If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — most shoes will compress slightly over the first wears, not expand.

We accept returns within 30 days as long as the shoes are in like-new condition. Light indoor wear is fine. Heavy outdoor wear or scuffing typically isn't. Bring them with the original box and we'll process the return on the spot, or ship them back with a free prepaid label.

Yes — and we test orthotic compatibility on every shoe we stock. Most of our New Balance, Hoka, Brooks, SAS, Drew, Orthofeet, and Anodyne models have removable footbeds to accommodate custom or over-the-counter orthotics. Bring your orthotic when you visit and we'll fit you with the right pair.

Many are. SAS, Drew, Orthofeet, Anodyne, Xelero, and several others meet the criteria for Medicare's Therapeutic Shoes for Persons with Diabetes program. Bring your prescription and we'll help you navigate eligibility.

Yes. Select Pickup at Palm Beach Gardens at checkout. We'll have your order ready in 1–2 hours during store hours. We'll even fit them for you before you take them home.
